Bright hot pink roses captured after a heavy rain. The delicate beauty of the roses contrasts nicely with the old chain link fence in the background. Roses are one of my favorite garden plants to grow. They are challenging and one of the divas of the gardening world, but the reward of having these beautiful blooms to enjoy all season long is worth the effort.

I come from a creative family who loved art, music, photography and sometimes random hiking adventures. I am thankful to them for giving me the gift of curiosity, creativity and a love of the natural world. I incorporate all of these aspects into my work and enjoy working with a variety of mediums.
