Description

I needed a break from the dark and macabre and went in the complete opposite direction. I flip flop like that in my creative process, I feel equally drawn to both. The aurora borealis illuminating the night sky over the tranquil sea below. In the distance, tucked underneath the mountains, is a tiny sign of civilization with it's artificial lights competing for attention. No contest really but oh how I would love to visit there just to witness this glorious phenomenon for myself. Watercolor on paper.
