The reflection of plants on the rippling surface of a pond. The colorful tendrils formed by the plants' reflection were the inspiration for this image. The final combination of colors that I chose reminded me of white gold and rubies. Like beautiful fine jewelry in liquid form flowing across the surface of the water.
I come from a creative family who loved art, music, photography and sometimes random hiking adventures. I am thankful to them for giving me the gift of curiosity, creativity and a love of the natural world. I incorporate all of these aspects into my work and enjoy working with a variety of mediums.
