The Iris Graminea in vibrant purple with brilliant green foliage surrounding it. The Iris Graminea is a beardless dwarf species that blooms in June. It can grow to 8-18 inches tall and is found in a variety of different forms depending on location. It has grass like leaves and showy purple or violet flowers with yellow and white accents. They have a fruity aroma reminiscent of ripe plums which has earned them the nickname "Plum Iris".
