Wintertime on the lake shore and it's naturally occurring plant-life. Cordgrass or Spartina grows tall on the frozen shore of Lake Erie. This natural shore is located along the northern Ohio coast in Huron. This unique landscape was created using only recycled paper from magazines. The paper is cut into various shapes and sizes and applied to canvas. Artistic Recycling!

I come from a creative family who loved art, music, photography and sometimes random hiking adventures. I am thankful to them for giving me the gift of curiosity, creativity and a love of the natural world. I incorporate all of these aspects into my work and enjoy working with a variety of mediums.
