Description
The Cup Plant also know as the Compass plant is an herbaceous perennial that blooms in late summer to early autumn. It grows to 3 to 8 ft. tall and has cheerful bright yellow daisy-like flowers. This plant is native to eastern and central North America and will brighten up any place that it grows. I found these at Sheldon Marsh Nature Preserve in Northern Ohio, a great place to visit and see one of the last flowers of summer.
