Description
The Creeping Purple Bellflower captured after a light rain. These attractive bell shaped flowers grow on long climbing tendrils. These perennials have lovely flowers but can become invasive if left unchecked. They really live up to the name "Creeping" Bellflower and have tried for many years to take over my entire garden. They spread by seed and underground so if you love your other perennials you won't add this to your garden. My yard unfortunately came with them so I just admire the flowers and fight the spread, it's a love hate relationship.
