My husband always dreamed of living in the mountains, away from all the hustle and bustle of city life. A place to live a simple and carefree life without technology, modern day trappings,inconsiderate and impolite society and most of all just to have peace. Unfortunately, we haven't made it to that mountain yet, so this was my way of transporting him there. Influenced by traditional Japanese art styles.

I come from a creative family who loved art, music, photography and sometimes random hiking adventures. I am thankful to them for giving me the gift of curiosity, creativity and a love of the natural world. I incorporate all of these aspects into my work and enjoy working with a variety of mediums. I also enjoy making detailed collages using recycled materials, in this way I can do my part to help the environment and create something beautiful. Thank you for visiting!
