A dramatic black and white macro of wildflowers with a textured background. This flower is actually an abundant weed here in Northern Ohio called Tall Ironweed. It appears in late summer and produces flowers from July to October. The Tall Ironweed, as it's name suggests, can grow quite high, up to 7 feet and gets it's name for it's reddish stem that can be tough to dig up.

I come from a creative family who loved art, music, photography and sometimes random hiking adventures.
